FAQ

How will this work?
1. Meeting - We will have a brief meeting either via zoom or in person to discuss what exactly you would like. PLEASE bring a moodboard, so it's easier for me to understand your vision. I am a visual learner!
2. Shoot
3. Proofs - I will touch base with you and send low-res watermarked images for you to make your selections for final edits.
4. Final Images - You will be emailed a link to an online gallery where you will be able to download high-res, unwatermarked images and purchase prints via 3rd party service OR you may request to have them handprinted by me *subject to additional fees*.

All said and done, you should receive images to look at within a week and a set of final edited images within two weeks from shoot date.

How long are sessions?
Well, it depends on what you're looking for. For portrait sessions, they can go anywhere from 30 to an hour. It really depends on you/your family and how many outfit changes you choose to do. For events & micro weddings, they can be 30 min to 6+ hours!

Do you offer in-studio/on-location portraits?
Yes! I actually prefer to be on-location as I LOVE using natural light. As for in-studio, I currently don't have my own space, so I am able to transport my equipment to your house/wherever you want to have your session.

Do you shoot film? This is my FAVORITE way of shooting!!! There is an additional fee of $75+ depending on 35mm vs medium format, how many rolls shot, etc. This includes price of film, processing, and extra time spent scanning in & editing. If you're curious, please just ask and we discuss!

Do you make prints yourself?
Yes and no. I do not print at home due to cost of material. They are made available to purchase via a 3rd party website. I DO, however, make specialized cyanotype prints (a beautiful blue print made by using the sun!), but those will cost extra since they are handmade one-of-a-kind works of art. They start at $25 per 4x6 print and goes up from there.

I'm nervous in front of the camera!
I get it, it feels unnatural. I don't like being in front of one myself, but I will try my best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I'm very shy myself, so let's be awkward together! We can put on music of your choosing and use your moodboard as a reference, so things can go as smooth as possible.

What makes you so qualified?
I went to the University of the Arts for my education in Photography as well as worked for a popular School Portrait company for a year and a half (you know the one). I've got about 6 years combined of education and experience under my belt. I'm still finding my footing in this industry - and the world in general, but I'm more than capable of providing you quality photographs.
